History

First Realty GMAC was founded by Alden Kittleson in 1959 and was originally named Kittleson Realty. Over the years, the name changed to Kittleson Gallery of homes. In the winter of 1981 & 1982 Kittleson Gallery of Homes merged with Realty World owned by Tom Sykora and moved into a brand new facility built by Alden Kittleson where we still reside today at 1425 Paul Bunyan Dr. NW. In July of 2006, Doug & Jeri Fuller purchased First Realty GMAC from Tom Sykora and became the third owners of the company. First Realty GMAC is proud to say that all three generations of ownership are still with the company and licensed Realtors.
